We did it!

Earlier today I finished the 10k of the Bupa Great Capital Run that so many of you have sponsored me for.

It wasn't nearly as tough as running the 5.6k of the JPMorgan Challenge on Wednesday - in terms of preparation, nothing beats a good night's sleep.

The results are now published on the Great Run website, and you can see there that I made a time of 1:21:19 or just over 81 minutes.

It was a great experience, never thought I would be able to do this.
