Hi! Thanks for visiting my page. As some of you will be aware, I have been picked to go on the Communication Workers Union Humanitarian Aid (CWUHA) convoy to Transnistria in Moldova this year on behalf of Simpson Millar in September 2010.

The CWUHA are a charity who deliver aid to underprivileged children in other countries as well as raising money to get facilities that these countries desperately need. CWUHA has delivered thousands of tonnes of aid to hundreds of orphanages, foster & adoption centres, rundown hospitals, and direct to vulnerable families. They have delivered this aid to Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, Transnistria, Albania and Lithuania over the last 15 years in 30 convoys.

I am hoping to raise a good amount of money for this extremely worthwhile cause by cycling from Ilkley to Bolton Abbey and back again which will be 10 miles in total on Saturday 26th June 2010. I may go further if I manage to get my fitness level up by then!
