In mid-September I'll be heading to Malindi, Kenya for 12 weeks as a volunteer with VSO ICS, which is a volunteer scheme for 18-25 year olds. I'll be working on a climate change-based project alongside volunteers from both the UK and Kenya, but before I go, I need to raise £1500. The money raised will go towards supporting the work of VSO and will enable them to continue sending youth volunteers to the developing world to make a lasting difference in disadvantaged and impoverished communities.
