Those of you that know me know that I'm crazy about my fitness and compete in numerous triathlon's throughout the year but every year I like to complete the London Triathlon for the children's charity Sparks and 2010 is no different.

 

Sparks really are a great charity and competing and raising money for them is a privilege.

 

Every penny raised will go towards the fantastic work Sparks do in trying to ensure all babies are born healthy and stay healthy.

 

With that in mind, any donations you can give no matter how big or small really can make a difference.

 

My fundraising goal for the event is £350 but I'd obviously love to smash this with your kind donations.
