Dear all,
June is only round the corner. And with it my latest challenge: I signed off to 'Ride Across Britain' and will be cycling from John O' Groats to Land' s End in 9 days (average 200kms/day).

I am writing to you today to thank you for your training recommendations, bike set up tips and moral support.
It has been a tough winter: freezing training sessions which came with a few bruises (I haven't perfected my handling on ice as yet!)
But I am hopeful that all of these 6 am Sunday morning starts will pay off.
I never could have done it without your continuous encouragement.
'Ride Across Britain' chose the Paralympics as its charity partner and the inspiring Sarah Storey, seven-time Paralympic gold medallist, will be riding with us in June for the full journey across Britain.
