Story
I am not a runner and I don't claim to be, but I am determined to do something about the massive issue that is Mental health.
So my Mum and I will be taking part in R.E.D to try and raise valuable donations for this charity and to show support for friends and family who are currently battling, or have battled mental illnesses.
The main purpose of this challenge is to run for 31 days straight. To do this I will be using the Couch to 5K app, and will also be doing short runs/jogs on the treadmill. The distance I run are likely to vary, but I will try to keep you updated on social media throughout the month.
R.E.D January is a charity challenge helping to shine a light on mental health issues by running every day in January, all in aid of the charity Mind.
Team members will be running for a challenging 31 consecutive days, all at varying distances and all for one key goal; to help give everyone experiencing a mental health problem the support and respect they deserve.
