This year I am running the GSR for The Rosemary Foundation. As you know grandma is in the final stages of her life . It is so sad and I love grandma so much. All through her illness, Alzheimer's, we have been able to have her  looked after in her own home. Since coming out of hospital in July grandma has been bed ridden and needed more personal care. As a family we are so grateful to The Rosemary Foundation, a hospice at home charity,  who have given us such tremendous support in caring for grandma in her final days. They help us with her personal care twice daily and  also offer overnight stays several times a week. They have been fantastic and we are so grateful,to them.
