The Shooting Star Children's Hospice is a very special place, a real home-from-home for the children who are cared for there.  The hospice provides essential care for children with a life-limiting condition and offers invaluable support for the whole family, completely free of charge, 365 days a year.  Its fundamental Care Services include respite care, both at the hospice and in the child's own home, specialist end of life care and bereavement counselling.
