Please help me and my family keep the helicopter flying high for at least one more day. Everyone deserves the same chance my brother was given. The air ambulance saved Declan’s life. We are so thankful to all the Doctors, paramedics and crew because without  their help and expertise Declan would not have survived this serious incident. We make a special appeal to isolated and rural farming communities who depend so heavily on this service.
