There are 14.7million people – that’s more than one in six – in the UK living with a neurological condition. Here at the country's leading neurological centre, we’re passionate about supporting the hospital to help improve the lives of patients through treatment and research.

Story

FINISHED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the the weekend of April 24th and 25th, my friend Ellie Nye and I will be
taking on the challenge of a 20 mile sponsored walk. We have mapped
out our route and plan to walk,
unaccompanied, along the ridge way in Wiltshire and then, the following day,
complete our trek along the white horse trail.

We will be walking to raise money for Molly's Fund, a charity set up in
memory of Molly Lane Fox who very sadly died aged five of a type of
brain tumour
known as a Diffuse Pontine Glioma. The money we raise will go towards
building the first ever, and desperately needed, dedicated Brain Tumour Unit
at the National Hospital in London.

Anyone who knew Molly knows how much she loved balloons and, to
thank you for any money you may give, we
will start our walk with as many pink balloons as we have had donations.
At a chosen vantage point on the walk we will then send them up to
heaven where
Molly will, we hope, be waiting with open arms.

Thank you very much for your support.
