On the 8th August I am joining 20 awesome paddle boarders to (hopefully) complete the 263 km route across the North of England in 5 days from Goole on the East to Liverpool on the West. Everyone taking on this challenge has a different reason to do so. For me it will be the most difficult thing I ever had to do, both physically and mentally. However hard the journey will be for me, it can't compare to the journey of those who have to face the most feared diagnosis of our time: cancer. There are hardly any families who have been untouched by the devastation this disease can cause in the life of patients and their loved ones. EORTC's mission is to coordinate and conduct clinical research to improve the standard of cancer treatment for patients. No donation is too small.
