Rwy'n bwriadu cymryd rhan mewn taith feicio noddedig er budd hosbis Ty Hafan a seiclo 150 milltir dros 3 diwrnod - o Lanfair P G i Hendy Gwyn ar Daf rhwng Ebrill 8fed -10fed.

I intend to take part in a sponsored bike ride in aid of Ty Hafan hospice and cycle 150 miles over 3 days - from Llanfair P G, Anglesey to Whitland between April 8th - 10th.

 

Am y ddeng mlynedd diwethaf mae Ty Hafan wedi bod yn  gofalu am bobl ifanc sy’n byw bywydau byr, a’u teuluoedd gan sicrhau eu bod yn gwneud y mwyaf o bob munud sydd ganddynt.

Mae dros 300 o deuluoedd yng Nghymru a phlant sy’n dioddef o glefydau sy’n bygwth eu bywydau ac mae 27 o’r teuluoedd hyn yn byw yn y Gorllewin.

 

For the past 10 years ( since it was established ) Ty Hafan has been caring for children and young people that live short lives due to life limited illnesses ( and offer great supprt and strength to their families ) and to ensure that they make the most of every minute of their short lives.
