Some of you may know Jamie, who trained at the Fitness Garage, and very sadly, passed away in May 2022 following his long battle with a brain tumour. He was just 30 years old and trained regularly with Guy Lister, following his tumour diagnosis at the age of 21 and throughout his treatment.

On the afternoon of Saturday 8th October 2022 all Fitness Garage regulars (not just our gym users!), the trainers and all their clients are invited to help us towards the challenge of lifting 1 MILLION KG in memory of Jamie. We are hoping 30 to 40 of you can make it along!

All funds raised will go to to support Yorkshire’s Brain Tumour Charity, who supported Jamie throughout his treatment.
