Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit A&M Taxand's JustGiving page created for the month of Movember.

All of the male members of the senior tax team at A&M in the UK will be reporting to the office clean shaven on the 31 October 2012 with a view to cultivating the best possible moustache over the coming 30 days.

There is to be no joining of the mo to the sideburns (that’s considered a beard), there’s to be no joining of the handlebars to the chin (that’s considered a goatee).

Our aim is to raise £5,000 for Everyman.  The Everyman appeal was launched in 1997 to raise funds for prostate and testicular cancer research at The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in British men with almost 41,000 new cases diagnosed each year, while testicular cancer remains the most common cancer in men aged 15-44.

We'll endeavour to keep you updated with our progress reports as the month progresses.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Everyman is an appeal run by The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). Every year some 10,000 men lose their lives to prostate cancer and over 2,000 others have their world turned upside down by a diagnosis of testicular cancer. These men are the reason we are fundraising for male specific cancers.
