Story
Thanks for visiting our Just Giving Page.....
In August, to coincide with the joint 40th Anniversary of Folkestone Rugby Club and our old friends Rugby Club Octopus Uden in Holland, a group of friends and former players are going to attempt to ride the 350km from Folkestone Rugby Club to Uden Rugby Club and hopefully at the same time help support the Kent Air Ambulance.
We are planning on tackling the distance over three days, leaving on the Thursday with the aim to arrive in Uden for the clubs anniversary fixture against Folkestone on the Saturday afternoon.
The Team
- Mark Edwards - Team Leader

The Support
- Peter White - Director Sportif
- Mick Jones - Soigneur
We've all started cycling relatively recently and none of us are particularly fit (being the wrong side of 40 and carrying a few more pounds than the likes of Chris Froome!) so it will be a real challenge for us.
We are funding the trip ourselves so rest assured that every penny you donate will go straight to the Kent Air Ambulance
Please dig deep and make our sweating and hyper-ventilating worthwhile. Thanks :-)
