Welcome to the Pink Panthers 160K in a day page!!

As a team we are running 160K in a relay on the 6th of December to raise money for Refuge, the charity working for women and child victims of domestic violence (www.refuge.org.uk). 1 in 4 women in England and Wales are abused during their lifetime and every week 2 are killed by a current or former partner. Refuge work with over 3000 victims on any given day and all donations will allow them to help even more. 

We are each running different distances to reflect our varying levels of ability, which will (hopefully!) add up to 160K by the end of the day!

We are each setting ourselves a real challenge so please be generous and help us to raise money for a great cause!
