I’m sure it’s not a surprise that mental health is a serious problem that can easily get overlooked. Its shown that 16 million people experience mental health problems each year much of which goes untreated. It is also said that an astonishing 84 people take their own lives every week with little knowledge of the help that is available out there.

For this reason, I am proud to say that I will be taking part in a 10 peak challenge to help raise awareness through ‘Mind’ the Mental Health Charity.

This trek will involve walking 27km of 10 peaks which ascends to 2500 meters.

I have agreed to raise £400 for ‘Mind’ please show your support to everyone who is suffering from any form of mental health problems that they are not alone by donating to this amazing charity.
