Story

9 Million Children Die Needlessly.  Do your part in saving them . Please sponsor me in my cause.

Reckitt Benckiser is a global charity partner of Save the children which aims at improving the lives of poor children in the world.

I have been selected to be part of the 3rd Reckitt Benckiser Global Challenge for Save the children. In June 2011, myself and 35 colleagues from RB in different countries of the world will trek for 71km over 5 days in Chapada Diamantina Park in Brazil.

The purpose of this event is to raise money for specific projects aiming to improve the lives of very poor children in Brazil, Angola, Tanzania and India. To give you examples of how the money will be used :

£50 - Will buy equipment for a School - provide everything a school needs to give students the best education.

£30 - Will buy a water filter - provide for one of the most basic of human needs, clean water/

£20 - Will buy a family food basket to give a family the essential foods they need for a month.

£10 - Will buy a pair of shoes for a child.

I am very excited to be part of this challenge and to support such a valuable cause.

Please  sponsor me TODAY. Every penny counts. Any amount,  big or small will do. All collected money goes directly to Save the Children, since the cost of the trip is already covered.

 Thanks for your generosity !

Please note that all donations are in British Pounds. Tax relief is possible for British tax payers.
