Devon Air Ambulance Trust - Royal Marines Commando Challenge - October 09 · 10 October 2009 ·

Devon Air Ambulance Trust is the charity that raises the funds to keep Devon’s two air ambulances flying and fleet of Critical Care Cars responding. We can only be there for those in need, with your continued kindness and support. Together, we are Devon Air Ambulance.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

MAREX FX have foolishly "volunteered" for the Commando Challenge for a second year. This will mean us running (slow trotting/tip toeing) through the Royal Marine assault course in Devon - this time however instead of being fitter we are much more fatter.

The course consists of Royal Marines shouting at you whilst running through mud, tunnels, mud, sheep dips (dirty underwater tunnels), mud and more mud.

We will be raising funds for the Royal British Legion Poppy Fund Appeal and the Devon Air Ambulance Trust. So please dig deep and donate now.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
