Those of you who know me well know that I have struggled with depression and anxiety for over a decade.  Through this time I have also had friends who have been affected by depression, panic attacks, eating disorders, paranoia...  Mental health problems effect 1 in 4 people and Mind help support those suffering from them and those who are caring for people with them.  They desperately need funding to continue providing this much needed care espcially during this time when the NHS mental health services are simply overwhelmed.  Please donate, sponsor, share and do anything you can to help me reach my goal!
