We are taking part in R.E.D January in aid of MIND- The mental health charity. We're aiming to raise as much as we can for this charity! 

R.E.D January is a charity challenge helping to shine a light on mental health issues.

We will be running every day in January (R.E.D -Run every day)!!!
To raise money for Mind along with the other R.E.D January runners of a target of £2,115.00.

This also allows us to train for our half marathons later on in the year, -Alex is also for MIND (www.justgiving.com/alexandra-hampton). Not only will this help us train but it'll help raise awareness of the great work Mind do!
