Story

We discovered Wolfie’s Legacy when we were looking for a new forever bestie after the death of our lovely Sirius. Through talking to Gillian and watching her videos we realised that she really needs some extra space to continue the amazing work she does. She has rescued, rehabilitated and re-homed so many wonderful pups from all around the world and they all have one thing in common-they are all disabled dogs.  These dogs would usually be the first in line for euthanasia, and the last in line for adoption. Gill and her team work tirelessly to represent these animals and give them the chance they deserve. Now Gillian needs to expand her premises and we really want to support her goal.

Elijah has decided he would like to roller skate the length of the Oxford ring road to raise money for Wolfie’s. I guess that means I’m skating it too! We’d love you to support us if you can. If you can’t afford to donate, please do share, and we’re hoping some of you may join us for part of the route!

Whilst there are lots of charities for able-bodied dogs, no one was helping dogs with special needs. Rejected at ‘rescues’ & put to sleep by vets, because they're disabled. Wolfie’s Legacy gives a voice to dogs with no hope, & since 2017 has rehabilitated & rehomed 500+ dogs of all ages, with varying degrees of disability.
