As you may already know I am competing in a triathlon in Barcelona on Sun 17th Oct 2010.  I will start by swimming 750m in the sea, then cycle 20k followed by a 5k run.  I originally planned to do this for the fun of it bu then decided that I should take this opportunity to raise money for those who need or rely on it.  I therefore decided to do it for the Virgin Air Ambulance as they are a valuable and life-saving service in and around london which relies 100% on donations.  We, or someone close to us, will all at some point in our lives need help from the Ambulance service and the speed and efficiency of the air ambulance could be the precious minutes which mean either life or death.  Please help me to raise money for this worthwhile cause, anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
