Thanks to friends and acquaintances we've both entered our first powerlifting competition and it's for charity.

The competition is in aid of WAMDSAD the Windsor Ascot Maidenhead District Sports Association for the Disabled. A great charity who support not only the local community but some of our medal winning Paralympians.
