Our mum Julie Swann sadly passed away Sunday 4th Oct at 7:15am in St James Hospital Leeds.

As a family we are incredibly sad and shocked and the hole that has been left in our lives is immense.

Only 10 weeks ago, our mum was diagnosed with lung cancer. This spread rapidly and she died all too soon without being able to receive treatment.

During this 10 week period mum received care from several hospitals. The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract helped with the pain which was the biggest hurdle in her care. They went above and beyond working with our mum and us in the difficult weeks. 

Any donation to this Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family and the hospice themselves in memory of our mum.
