I have set myself a challenge to do a 10 mile run, 10 mile row and 20 mile bike ride. I will be doing my 10 mile run on Friday 16th July, and my 10 mile row on Saturday 17th July, and my 20 mile bike ride on the Sunday 18th July. I have created a Facebook group campaign that aims to get as many supporting members before I do the challenge as possible.
