Fundraising for Alzheimer's Society
Story
Hi Everyone,
I recently lost my Dad to Alzheimer's Disease in December at the age of 63. A condition he had for only a few years and turning a very fit and active man into a frame which was unrecognizable. Additionally, the humour and cutting wit which was loved by family and friends alike was taken away from him as the disease took hold.
Alzheimer's must be fought and it is time to take a stand along with my partner Nicki. We have joined forces to push ourselves to the very limits of our capabilities in a variety of sporting achievements. In support of this effort we are hoping our family, friends and business colleagues will make a stand with us by donating to The Alzheimer's Society.
We would really appreciate your support in donation, but also in voice and if possible in attendance to our big events. We understand this is sometimes not possible, so why not come to our blog site and see what we have achieved and throw in a comment or 2. I know this will help spur us on to bigger and better things while highlighting the good which The Alzheimer's Society are doing every day in support of sufferers and their loved ones.
