Thanks everyone for your support! The training has finished and hopefully it will be a nice day on Sunday. Donations have encouraged me during these weeks. London Marathon's 26.2 miles, HERE I COME!

Week (0) > :S ... marathon week!!! ... 42k (Hopefully in less than 4 hours!!!)
Week (-1) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 1 days 1hr bicycle, 3 days running (8k, 10k & 15k).
Week (-2) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 1 days 1hr bicycle, 3 days running (8k, 12k & 28k).
Week (-3) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 2 days elliptical, 3 days running (10k, 12k & 28k).
Week (-4) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 2 days 1hr bicycle, 3 days running (8k, 16k & 28k).
Week (-5) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 1 day 1hr bicycle, Hockey match, 3 days running (20min, 7k steady pace & Reading Half marathon).
Week (-6) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 2 day 1hr bicycle, Hockey match, 2 days running (16k steady pace & 36k).
Week (-7) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 1 day Hockey match, 3 days running (11k Fartlek, 13k steady pace & 33k).
Week (-8) > 2 day 1 hr gym, 1 day 1 hr. elliptical, 2 days running (16k steady pace & 30k in sunny Majorca, Spain!).
Week (-9) > 1 day of 20 min. swimming, 1 day 1 hr gym, 1 day Hockey match, 3 days running (10k & 12k steady pace & 28k).
Week (-10) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 2 days running (8k & 21K). Had to recover from a cold the rest of the week :(
Week (-11) > 1 day of 20 min. swimming, 1 day 1 hr gym, 3 days running (11k Fartlek, 13k steady pace & Half Marathon training in Hyde Park).
Week (-12) > 1 day 1 hr gym, 1 day Hockey match, 3 days running (11k Fartlek, 10k steady pace & 26k).
Week (-13) > 1 day of 20 min. swimming, 2 days 1 hr gym, 1 day Hockey match, 3 days running (9k Fartlek, 10k steady pace & 16k St.Alban's race, proposed time 1.40min ... did it in 1.30min!).
Week (-14) > 2 days of 20 min. swimming, 2 days 1 hr gym, 3 days running (8, 11 & 24k).
Week (-15) > 2 days of 20 min. swimming, 2 days 45min at the gym, 2 days running (12 & 22k) and 1 day rest!
Week (-16) > 2 days of 15 min. swimming, 2 days 30min at the gym, 1 day of Wii sports and 2 days running (8 & 20k).
