For those who don't know me, I'm the Garbage Guzzler and I work for Castle Point Borough Council as the recycling and clean streets mascot.  I decided that it was about time I got fit so I can keep up while playing the fun environmental games with the children of Castle Point, and while doing this raise some money for a very good cause.

As you can see from my photo I have been training hard – you can’t imagine how much the sweatband has been needed over the hot summer, but the training is going well!
