If someone had told me  12 months i would lose over  40kgs and take part in  a  Triathlon and an Ironman 70.3  and by the way both Races  only 6 days apart I would of laughed and said " give me what ever your On!!!  but with just a few days until the 2010 Laguna Phuket Triathlon (1.8k swim 55k bike and 12k run)  and The Ironman 70.3 Asia Pacfic Race  (1.9k swim, 90k bike and a 21.1k run).  . I'm about to do just that.

I  would like to do  this for a charity  and to help give back so i will be raising money to support the Baan Jao Krua School in Phang Nga which will give an amazing Bunch of kids a better start in life that they otherwise would be denied. so please help me to Help them .
