Me and my good friends Den Quinn and his son Ryan are competing in the Horndon 10K on Sunday 24th June 2012. I am doing this in honour of my dad who passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in Feb 2011. All funds raised will go to The Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund who work tirelessly to try and find a cure or at least a managable treatment for this vile disease.
