Welcome and thanks for visiting my Just Giving page!

I must confess first of all that when I signed up for two triathlons in the space of about a month, my main motivation was to find something - anything - to make me keep going to the gym! And, touch wood, so far they're doing the job.

But life can't only be about sticks - I needed a carrot too. So, to give me something to really work towards and make sure I stay motivated, even when it's hurting like hell, I thought I'd try to raise some funds for a very important London charity.  With your cash behind me, there's no way I can back out!!

The charity is the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign. They do absolutely amazing work helping people of all ages fight cancers of every kind, and recently put their expertise to work to help a friend of mine and Alex's. To read more about them go to: http://www.royalmarsden.org/Campaign/Home
