I am taking part in this event to both give myself a challenge and to raise money for a great charity. I will be aiming to run/ jog/ walk/ crawl the 10k in 1 Hour and 10 minutes, I have been training for a few months for the event so fingers crossed I will smash this time! I have worked with Alzheimer's Society in the past and I am also in the Dementia Friend scheme with the charity.
