Myself and some of my colleagues from work are going to take part in the Challenge Cancer London to Brighton Cycle Ride on the 20th September 2014  and have decided to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

I'm sure you will agree this is a very worthwhile charity as at some point in all of our lives we have been touched by the affects of cancer, whether it be personally or by loved ones being diagnosed and surviving this awful disease, or by ones that have cruelly been taken or just by being there to support friends who are supporting their loved ones. 

Whichever way it is, there are people out there offering help and support to those being affected and they are the people at Macmillan.

So, please, please, PLEASE help us raise money for this amazing cause, however big or small, you really will be making such a difference.
