After making the decision to run the marathon, the next question usually is what charity should I choose? In my case, I chose a charity very close to myself, my family and my friends.  Three years ago, a very close family friend died of an anaphylactic shock in our home. 

I hope that by running the London Marathon I can contribute to raising the awareness of  allergies.
