As you may be aware I have together with my lovely niece Caley and good friend Tracy decided to raise much needed funds for breast cancer. 

Therefore on the 15th May, we will all be taking to the streets of London to walk 26.2 miles! Wearing our well decorated bras! This is the same distance as the London Marathon, but we will be walking and not running!!!

To date my longest walk 13 miles, some way to go but I have a great training program in place, some good trainers and a lot of determination to help me on my way, so I am confident that I will successfully complete the course (famous last words).  Walking to work is a common practice for me now and working just 4.5 miles from home now, obviously makes it a little easier!

There are very few among us that not been touched by this dreadful disease and whilst huge steps have been made in treating this illness, still funds are needed to make sure that more and more people are successfully treated each year.

Donating through this site is easy and with the added benefit of gift aid if you are a UK tax payer.

 

Therefore I would ask you to dig deep and donate generously to this worthwhile cause.
