We are trying to "Get Together" Morpeth friends, families and the Morpeth business community to raise vital funds on behalf of Oxfam's Get Together campaign for International Women's Day, helping to transform the lives of women and young girls living in poverty around the world.

This year's event will be a sponsored Zip Wire for a 100 women (or men in tutus) on Sunday 10th March at the Morpeth Rugby Club. The Lady Mayoress, Lynne Horton will be zipping at 10am, so please come and support her! There will be lots of activities for the whole family on the day, including a VIP Vintage Tea Room - so please come down and share the fun! 

We are looking for individuals to raise a minimum of £75 each.

Each person will be nominated a "Jump" number, so we know what order you will zip in. This will help with planning. So, if there are a group of you wanting to do this, let me know when you confirm so I can book you to jump together. We will zip about 20 per hour, so you will be given a jump time.

Minimum AGE: Year 9 (13/14)
Maximum WEIGHT: 17.0 stones

La Bodega Tapas Bar are hosting an "After Zip Party" from 3pm, complimentary glass of Cava for each zipper and celebratory buffet until 5pm. The bar will be open until 11pm.
