3 days; 325 miles; 23,000 vertical feet of climbing...what was I thinking?  But it's too late - I am now committed to riding the Tour of Wessex over the bank holiday weekend.  I'm assured a beautiful route...though its charms may be lost on me after lunchtime on Saturday.  Perhaps next time I'll do it in the car.  But the thought of your sponsorship will keep me going up the hills.
