As some of you know already, my husband's first wife, Sally Deen, was cared for and died at the hospice.  She was allowed 'a good death', which is something we all hope for I think.  Always short of funds, this annual event goes some way towards keeping the hospice open and enabling the staff to continue with the marvellous work that they do.  I know everyone is feeling the pinch at the moment, so have kept my target low, but fingers crossed!
