Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year me and a few friends (Louise, Ikram and Jas) have vowed to complete the National 3 Peaks Challenge.... Are we endurance athletes, no, are we seasoned mountaineers.... not really!

Whats The National Three Peaks Challenge?

The National Three Peaks Challenge is a non stop 24 hour endurance challenge in which participants race to ascend and descend the three tallest peaks in Great Britain, finishing the challenge upon returning to the car park of the third. The summits of Ben Nevis (Scotland), Snowdon (Wales), and Scafell Pike (England) seperated by around 800 kilometres (500 miles) of driving between mountains.

Ben Nevis, the highest of the three peaks stands at 1344 metres (4409 ft),

Scafell Pike reaches 978 m (3,209 ft)

Snowdon lies at an altitude of 1085 metres (3,560 ft)

The Ascent of Ben Newis will begin at 5pm on Saturday 29th May

The Ascent of Scafell Pike will begin a 4:30 pm on the 30th May... YES 04:30 with little or no sleep for some.

The Ascent of Snowdon will begin at 2pm on The 30th May

24 HOURS, 30 MILES OF UPHILL MOUNTAINEERING, 500 MILES OF DRIVING!
