On the 29th October this year fifteen people will be flying to Johannesburg, South Africa to renovate the Zamokuhle Day Care centre. We will spend ten days at the centre completely renovating 5 rooms to bring them back to an acceptable level of furbishment.

The day care centre looks after 125 children on a day to day basis and provides much needed nourishment and education. 

In order to raise funds for this incredibly worthwhile cause I will be Running 100 kilometres spread over ten 10k races between now and October.

The races are :

1) Bournemouth Rotary QM       3rd April           Completed 1 hour 20 mins

2) Clanden Park 10K                   24th April        Completed 1 hour 4 mins 

3) Reigate 5 mile                          2nd May          Completed   44 minutes

4) Beddington 10k                        13th June

5) Queen mother race                  15th June

6) Salomon Forest 10k                 29th June

7) TBA                                            5th July

8) Peppard 10k                             5th September

9) Hove 10k                                   19th September

10) Julian Farrell 10k                   3rd October
