Fundraising for Grand River Hospital Foundation
Story
Grand River Hospital Foundation raises funds to help Grand River Hospital provide exceptional health care. With the support from generous donors and loyal community partnerships, Grand River Hospital Foundation is able to grant funds for medical equipment and technology; renovation projects; and local clinical and health research and education. The commitment to health care in our region ensures that the residents of Waterloo Region and Guelph Wellington will have access to the best health care services close to home.
Your gift will support care close to home for children of every age- Childbirth, Neonatal Intensive Care, Inpatient Care, and Outpatient Clinincs are all vital so our kids get the best care they need when it matters most.
Neonatal Intensive Care: Grand River Hospital provides care for approximately 700 babies a year who need close monitoring. These babies may require brief help to breathe, intravenous therapy for medications, hydration and other procedures; and/or care that requires an intensive care setting.
Children's Outpatient Services: This service is supported by a health care team that includes pediatricians, pediatric nurses, a dietitian, a social worker, child life specialist, pharmacist and a physiotherapist.
Please help our community Hospital and lend a hand to Grand River Kids so they can receive the care they need. Especially living in the world we are right now! We need to provide what we can for those close to us!
