Having lived in the US for 8 years, i've decided i need a solid fix of UK, so I'm going to be sitting on a bike for an estimated 1000+ miles cycling from Lands End to John o'Groats (LeJog). In order to avoid giving up on the 2nd day, its been advised that i involve a couple of charities and the subsequent peer pressure that will ensure that i keep cycling, so i need you to reach into your pocket, withdraw your credit card and give handsomly to either the National Osteoporosis Society www.justgiving.com/Guy-Clayton-Osteo or the Prostate Cancer Charity www.justgiving.com/Guy-Clayton-Pros. Goal for both charities is 1000 pounds each, anything you can give is greatly appreciated.

If any of you would like to join me for a day (or part of one), please just let me know, as your company will be welcome. The route i'll be following is the same as the one posted on www.pewseys.co.uk, so take your pick and let me know. 

The ride will start on August 1st and end August 15th.
