I am running the Great South Run in Portsmouth on Sunday, October 24th, and have decided to run to raise money for a most worthy cause, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, not least for a 2-year-old friend of my daughter Olivia's - Jasmine -  who has been diagnosed with not one but two brain tumours.
