On 18th March 2012 Gemma Jones, 28, never woke up.
She died of a rare and hard -to-diagnose heart condition which doctors were unable to pick up on. The post mortem discovered that she had died from "diffused viral myocarditis" which is an inflammation of the heart caused by a virus.
She left behind her 1 year old son whom she lived for. By raising money for the British Heart Foundation I hope to raise awareness of this disease that can rob a child of his Mother, a Brother of his Sister, children of their favourite Auntie and a Mother Of her Daughter in an instant with symptoms that are confused by doctors
