As most of you know I booked myself onto the full marathon by mistake. Note to self: don't book yourself onto an event while at work in the middle of doing other things! Anyway after completing the half marathon which was my original goal I have decided to go for the full one (dressed as Wonder Woman!) while raising some money for a wonderful charity that makes wishes come true for children who are suffering from serious illnesses.

By donating to the Make a Wish Charity your money could:

£10 - buy lunch for a child who wishes for a special visit to London

£20 - pays for a sparkly tiara to help fulfill a little girl's wish to be a princess for the day

£50 - buys the special uniform for a boy who wishes to be a soldier, policeman or fireman for the day

£100 - provides a Eurostar ticket to help make a special wish trip to Paris by Eurostar

£150 - pays for a tuxedo for a boy wishing to be James Bond

£200 - will fund a magical swim in the sea with dolphins in Florida

£350 - buys a VIP ticket for a trip to Old Trafford to see Manchester United play

£1000 - will buy accomodation at Disneylan Resort for a wush child's whole family

 

We have all experienced many wonderful things in our lives that have created special memories for our families to remember for years to come.
