As you may or may not know, I'm planning (attempting!) to run the Great South Run on the 24th of October in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice, Isle of Wight.

I chose this charity as they are close to my heart since they are currently the only hospice on the island, and the work they do is truly amazing.The dedication the nurses show is truly admirable, and even a small donation will be hugely appreciated!
