Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues,

It's that time of year again, when we ask you to dig deep to help TackleAfrica achieve their goal of kicking AIDS out of Africa.

Our increasingly portly team will once again put our bodies on the line through 12 hours of gruelling football in order to raise money for this cause that is close to our hearts.

Since the last Football Marathon members of our team have been working with TackleAfrica in Zambia, Uganda, Kenya and South Africa to train local coaches and teachers to deliver life saving HIV education to kids in their communities.  They have met and worked alongside local people and seen how this dreadful disease can devastate whole communites. 

TackleAfrica can bring hope to the young people in these countries by teaching them how to live healthy and safe lives and to avoid infection.  These projects are funded by the Football Marathon.
