We've climbed Kili. We've biked Britain. Now we're grabbing our goggles in 2013 for Swim Britain!

On the 30th June, Nick and Hayley will be donning the speedos and taking to the pool to complete 4000 meters all in the aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. I will be swimming a mile in open water down at Eton Dorney Lake.

The aim is to raise £1 million across British Gas to buy the hospital a new respiratory unit so they can continue with the fantastic work they do.
