My Story...Please Read!

 

Since winning Miss UK Galaxy in March 09, I have been helping Little Havens Hospice. I have helped out at many events, had special visits to the hospice and held my own fundraising party which was lots of fun! In July I travelled to Florida, USA and competed for the title for Miss Galaxy International...and pleased to say that I won! A dream come true! Having this pretigious title has allowed me to high light my charity work and 'give something back' and 'help make a difference' to others who need help.

Now I'm asking for your help...

Please help me raise the target of £1500..however I 'd like to raise more for Little Havens Hopsice!

Little Havens is such an amazing place and I'm so proud to be an Ambassador for this charity! Little Havens is found in Essex and set in such lovely picturesque surroundings. It's a positive place for children and their families. The children that use the facilities at Little Havens are living with serious life threatening conditions. Little Havens offers specialist equipment to these children to make their lives that little more comfortable. Many depend on specialist equipment to carry out every day functions that we may take for granted. The staff at Little Havens are great too-always there to help and always carrying a warm smile! The hospice also offers support to siblings and family members that may need to take 'time out' sometimes.

Little Havens costs lots of money to run per year. It's such a worthy cause and I'm proud to say that I am a suppoter of this charity and will try my best to raise lots of funds. You too can be part of this by sponsoring me! Running the Marathon is a big challenge for me. Twenty six miles is a long way but I'm so determined to do this! I'm really looking forward to it! Yes the trainning can be hard, but it can be possible. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Every time I visit the hospice, it encourages me to 'keep going'. Again; I can only describe Little Havens Hospice as a beautiful place and this place is needed.

So please dig deep and help me to support my charity Little Havens Hospice!
